This was the worst hotel. Due to malfunction of their key fob we were locked out of our room for over 2 hours. The staff was awful and apparently they had no management to help. Terrible.

It was not a typical Hilton Garden, more like a renovated motor lodge room, with room entrance from outdoors. Was told all rooms have balconies, mine did not. If you read the restaurant menus online they are inaccurate both serving times and food available. B st part was availability of 3 adjoining property pools and shuttle downtown. However no shuttle for airport. Don’t use taxis they charge 4 time uber

Staff excellent. Concierge will help you with everything. Their shuttle picks you up where Key West Express Ferry comes in. Excellent breakfast. Pool bar needs update on menu… wasn’t very good/fresh.

We thought we were getting an upgrade with a balcony, but it was in front and we felt like we were in the middle of traffic all night. We asked for and were changed to a room in the back where the only sounds were the omnipresent chickens with a rooster crowing before dawn. I recommend ear plugs. Ryan at the Salty Lime outdoor bar was fantastic. Loved the shuttle bus to downtown and their pool and hot tub were great.

The good: pool area, hot tub. what can be improved: Was told on arrival our booking was for a 1 queen. Luckily I had email showing it was for a 2 queen bed room. check in staff acted like he was doing me a favor giving me a 2 queen room. Room assigned was in the worst location of the motel. on a dark outside hallway facing a wall. Hotel workers pushing carts up and down the hall throughout the night and early am. In addition, we were charged an additional $30 to check in 1 hour early. Seems like nickel and diming and not a good reflection on the company. I will look elsewhere next time I am in Key West

Marcelo at front desk is the embodiment of what a professional and welcoming desk attendant should be. After a long and exhausting trip, he made check in a breeze, was empathetic, and even checked to make sure we were settled and didn’t need anything after we went to our room. Large lobby with a kitchen open for simple dinner into the evening. Lovely pool with bar even though we sadly were not there long enough to utilize.

Pleasant staff, hourly shuttle service for drop off and collection, close to bus tour pick up and drop off point. The room was a little dated but for filled our needs however, the bed was poor being really noisy and the mattress was in need of replacement.
