We were accommodated with an early check in. Room was exactly as described /pictured. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were great except for the rule about no drinks in the water. I was drinking water out of an insulated cup and was reminded of the rule. Not sure of the concern that water would bring to a pool. Think it was an owner being a Karen and showing her privileges. Limited food and drink options on site with a tiki bar — food is made out of a truck and drinks are weak. Recommend bringing your own food and drink. The 10am check out is highly enforced as the maid knocked on our door at 10:05 to get out. We were all packed up and doing one last check for anything left behind. 10am is an early check out when check in as at 4pm. Uber rides into key west averaged between 15 - 25 dollars depending on time of day but were readily available.

This place was absolutely amazing! Our family of five stayed in the two-bedroom suite, and the resort was in fantastic shape – everything was clean, new, and worked perfectly. The balconies in each room were fantastic. The master suite's shower was truly one of the best I've ever encountered. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook meals, prepare snacks, and more. I loved it!

Front desk staff were nice however other workers and guest were very disrespectful and discriminatory towards me and my family. I have a severe neurological disorder that makes difficult for me to walk and because of that I am handicapped and have been told that I “don’t look handicapped” and that my daughter should be handicapped as well…. I would like to be accommodated with a late check out and if possible a discounted rate on another nights stay

The accommodation was nice. The pool is not deep and my children aged 14 and 12 were disappointed by this. Probably better for younger children. The Rooster's will wake you up at sunrise but not much the hotel can do about this.

Excellent property in Key West. The unit is large, spacious, and very comfortable. As a vacation-style property, it feels like a full apartment with two bedrooms, which is a great setup. The view is beautiful, parking is easy, and having electric vehicle charging available is a big plus. The only improvement I would suggest is extending the pool bar hours. It closes too early, especially on NFL game days. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and a property I would highly recommend.
