Located just off Key West at mile marker 5, the picturesque community of Coral Hammock on Stock Island is a stunning and peaceful retreat with a gorgeous resort style giant pool, luxurious clubhouse and fully equipped fitness area. You are close enough to all the excitement of downtown Key West without being right on top of the nightlife.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Enjoy high ceilings and tranquil decor in this beautifully decorated home, complete with tasteful, rustic-nautical furnishings that will have you feeling immediately relaxed as you step through the front door! Feast your eyes on the gorgeous large bucolic wood dining table and an open kitchen with beautiful granite countertops. The well-lit kitchen, with two breakfast bar stools, includes an abundant selection of supplies and appliances that make it perfect for entertaining loved ones with your culinary skills. The plush and cozy living room lures you in with cool tile and natural light from large windows, inviting you to surrender your cares and enjoy the large flat screen TV. Enjoy a gas grill to prepare your fresh catch of the day!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This abode comfortably sleeps up to six people. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower. If you need space for two more people, there is a sleeper sofa downstairs for your convenience as well as a half bathroom. Both bedrooms include flat screen TVs.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Gated entryway and lush landscaped grounds boasts panoramic tropical garden views. Enjoy a large heated swimming pool that invites you to soak up the sun while relishing our island’s warm breeze. There is a clubhouse and fitness room available to guests. The Key West Golf Course is just a minute away. For the boaters out there, this property is also centrally located around 3 different marinas.

Parking for 2 vehicles - No assigned parking, park as close to your unit as possible.

Coral Hammock HOA-Rules & Regulations
· No boats, trailers, wave runners, motor homes, campers and/or buses allowed on site. (You must make other arrangements in advance at a local marina, etc)
· Vehicles may park only in designated parking spaces and may not park in the following areas of the association property: designated “fire lanes” or driveways.
· Boats, buses, campers, trailers, motor homes, recreation vehicles, mobile homes and commercial vehicles shall not be parked within the community.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

A pleasant surprise was how solicitous Elliot was....made us feel very welcome!
