THE LOCATION...

Imagine being just steps from all of the shops, restaurants, and sites of Key West. Walk just one block to reach the world-famous Duval St, or take a short stroll down Simonton St to watch sunsets from the Historic Seaport. Not only will you be within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment, but you'll also be within a mile of Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, home to Key West's best beach.

THE LIVING AND KITCHEN AREAS...

It's apparent that these homes are special before you even enter them thanks to the gingerbread trim and whimsical front porch swings that grace the façade of each home. Inside, you'll be pleasantly welcomed to newly restored versions of Key West conch homes with bright colors, tall ceilings, and modern furnishings. Each living area boasts a large flat screen SMART TV, which can be enjoyed from the comfort of plush living room furniture. Both living room sofas pull out to an additional Queen bed for extra guests. The kitchens are fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, along with all of the tools needed to prepare a meal at home. Each home has an indoor dining area, with seating for 6.

YOUR PRIVATE POOLS...

Your two private pool areas are fully fenced, with a large opening between the two fences that allows you to pass from house to house. Both pools are 6 X 9, perfect for dipping or congregating around for happy hour. Each pool can be heated to your liking and features a soothing waterfall. Comfortable patio furniture provide outdoor lounging options for the whole group. The two outdoor dining sets will comfortably seat 6 when you want to enjoy a meal outside.

Great family vacation. Lovely place!

These two houses were perfect for our family of 10. We loved the location - although we had a golf cart and moped we did not need them as much because the location to everything was so great. Also, having the largest local grocery store only feet away was so convenient. The beds were comfortable; the TV selection was great, the outdoor pools gave us special evenings together.

Clean modern homes. Great location to walk to all the happening spots, but still quiet. There were issues with the A/C in one of the homes, but the PM credited us for our trouble. Perfect for our crew.

Just Amazing!

The Lime and the Coconut were in the perfect location and the concierge service was impeccable. They assisted with renting golf carts and a jet ski adventure. This was our first visit to Key West and we will definitely be back. 5 couples with 2 houses and we had plenty of space. The cute little pools were refreshing.

Wow, Awesome place, great layout for a large group. The location is perfect, close enough to walk anywhere and just far enough (1 to 2 blocks from Duval) without hearing loud music until 4am. Had very good communication with the management, Last Key, from start to finish. highly recommend staying here!

Family time in Key West

Super location. Within walking distance to most attractions. Houses are well maintained. The only negative thing I have to say is if you plan on doing much cooking, there’s not much in the way of cooking utensils, pans, bowls, etc. if you don’t want to cook, then this is the place for you. We had a wonderful time!

Great Group House, Great Location!!

This house was great for our group of 10. Plenty of space, very clean, pool towels provided. Everything you need is there for you. The location couldn’t be any better. Walking distance to everything. We rented both units and the back opened up and I highly Recommend this for groups.

Needed these 2 large houses for wedding guests. Location close to everything. No on-site driveway or parking space at either house. Had to unload and load car across the street at funeral home. Tried to find free parking on nearby streets, but ended up paying for daily/nightly parking in a lot 2 blocks away.

A 100 out of 100 Experience

We had a group of 10 guys needing some sun and some fun. A big part of one's experience is the facility you stay in and the firm that you partner up with in booking. We found Last Key Realty to excel in both areas. First impressions of your experience always starts with your first interaction with the company you have chosen. We truly hit the jackpot with Shel as our property manager. Each time we tried to contact him, almost immediate response with the information we needed. He stopped by to meet our group and was very helpful while there with some pointers on how to navigate the area. We chose the Lime and The Coconut properties which appeared to be recently updated with nice appliances, floors, showers etc. and was well maintained to say the least. The facilities were very clean which is always important especially during COVID. The location of these 2 homes couldn't have been better. In the end, I give Last Key Realty 5 BIG Stars in both service and condition of the properties.
