Koa Lagoon is a stunning full ocean view condo. This one bedroom apartment is bright and airy equipped with spacious living area offering a queen sleeper sofa as an additional sleeping arrangement. Air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom provides perfect temperature for sleeping. The bedroom offers comfortable King bed and Smart TV.

The bath offers tub and shower options and is supplied with a hair dryer. The amenities of the unit will make you feel like home, weather you decide to stay for a few days or a longer period. Our lovely oceanfront complex has an excellent location in South Maui –directly nestled between a sandy walking beach!

You will enjoy magnificent, 180 degree ocean views from your private lanai (balcony) spotting sea turtles and whales in season.

Take advantage of the clear waters and the long stretch of sandy beach for you morning exercises. Enjoy relaxing sunset walks or just soak up the sun!
A wide array of fun water sport activities await you to make for an active vacation: you can select from stand up paddling, surfing, scuba diving or snorkeling, while exploring the lush variety of tropical sea-life.

Our guests access a picnic and BBQ area to prepare freshly grilled island fish and other authentic dishes for friends and family. Indulge in a fresh dip in the outdoor pool.

Beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella (located in your condo) will contribute to your comfort while having a wonderful sun-kissed day by the pool. Location, location, location. It was a great starting point for all our day tripos we took around the island. The view was spectacular. And it was so easy to run out for a bite to eat or do a little shopping.

We had a great time in this property. The view is unbelievable, right in front of the beach and spectacular for sunsets. Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and umbrella. Complex was quiet, close to town and restaurants, and good launching point for rest of island. Management company was proactive at reaching out to make sure we were comfortable and provided some useful recommendations for our vacation. Good value for price point. Highly recommend unit.

The view is outstanding. Only negative is the patio screens. They are in bad shape and don’t really close tight. Other than that it was a lovely stay, bed was comfortable and kitchen was perfect a light breakfast. We ate out otherwise. Location is within a few miles of many restaurants and stores. Great location

My wife and I stayed here and the location and place was great. My only comment is the Air Conditioning in the bedroom is not the best location as it blows directly in your face. I made a diverter out of a paper grocery bag and pillows and all was good. Other than that, the place is top notch and excellent. You can tell they clean it well and parking was not an issue. Would stay here again

Schöne, große Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Inneneinrichtung war neuwertig wie auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ausblick auf das Meer und Sonnenuntergang ist hervorragend. Das Stiegenhaus bzw der Ă€ußere Eingangsbereich (TĂŒr / Lamellnfenster) sind veraltet. Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster, jedoch nicht Richtung Meer, sondern direkt auf den Gang.

Mahalo Maui

First time staying in Maui and wanted to be centrally located and somewhat budget friendly, but we NEEDED the view! This condo has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs/umbrella, etc. Property manager was very helpful and checked in to make sure we were happy. Loved having breakfast and watching the sunset on the lanai, my only suggestion would be to maybe upgrade the mattress on the pull out, it was fine for my 7 year old but not sure about adults.
