If you are sensitive to odors, this is not a place for you. There’s a strong smell of air freshners everywhere, including the room. I would not go back for this reason. Curtains would not close fully. It’s ok, except for the the strong smell every where.

Room was clean, no bad smell, and pillows and king size bed was super comfortable. Great shower with hot water! Indoor pool water was a bit cool but hottub was fabulous. Free breakfast was plentiful but hot foods weren’t hot, but had many choices. Overall great hotel!

The pool and the hot tub were not available. Nobody let us know in advance. When I complained to get a refund, because those were the main reasons I choose that hotel, they denied it because we paid through Expedia. Very poor customer service, they offered points but I wont choose this hotel again. The room was ok. They gave us 3 sets of towels, coffee etc, because at first we were going to be 3. I updated the number and paid for it, but still they didn't bring us the 4th set.

One thing I don’t like is that you have to pay for parking, plus, the room could have been warmer. The thermostat only went to 24 Celsius…..the heat would go on and then the heat register would blow out cold air. It was not warm enough for me as it was bitter cold outside.

Good spot right off the highway. We were close to lots of food options. The room fit us well. The pool room was freezing and the pool temp wasn’t much better. We were in 304. The room was clean but the bathroom shower had black mold along the bottom rim of the really bumpy floor. The heat was set to 21 when we went in but it was freezing so I turned the heat up to 24. The fan only blew cold air. We never felt warm all night but it was a good chill to sleep in. Other than that, it’s a great price, great staff and the breakfast was pretty good.
