The breakfast was ok not very hot. The coffee was great. The beds were too soft and made a sound every time you moved. The pillows were terrible. The duvet on the bed was very thin and well used and place between 2 flat sheets. As for the pool really couldn't enjoy as they had swimming lessons going on in the pool so guest always had to stop and wait for them to be finished.

Holiday Inn Express has good value for money for an enjoyable stay. Great accommodation, just the right size, clean, good selection of breakfast. The dining area does get busy and the coffee did run out and needed to be refilled.

When we arrived, the room was very clean. However, during our 4-day stay, the bathroom was never cleaned or mopped. Housekeeping only made the bed and changed the towels. The toilet paper was the cheapest and of such poor quality — the hotel should definitely consider changing the brand. This hotel has great potential because of its excellent location, but it really needs a full renovation and better daily room maintenance. With a few improvements, it could be a wonderful place to stay.
