Very old and dingy rooms with very little lights. The paint is peeling everywhere and there is extreme dust everywhere. If you are allergic to it then avoid it. My son’s eyes had swollen the next morning. There was a huge hole in the bed below the pillow where the dust and spider web was in ample quantity. The AC vent is super dirty as well. There were ants as well. The food was the same both day with no hot option unless you wait for 15-20 just for the waffles. Bad experience. Will avoid Ramada going forward.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me. Its architecture, featuring cabins with wooden roofs and spacious rooms, created a very cozy atmosphere. The rooms were clean, with perfectly functioning air conditioning. The Queen-sized beds had comfortable mattresses, and the bathrooms were clean with all the necessary amenities and good Wi-Fi signal. The outdoor areas of the cabins also looked great, with a rustic charm. The breakfast was satisfactory, with a variety of options including fruits, yogurts, cereals, boiled eggs, sliced bread, a waffle maker, coffee, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Another highlight was the excellent service from the front desk staff, who were all friendly and attentive, showing a genuine hospitality culture. Without a doubt, I will return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gananoque.

This is a place where the saying “you get what you pay for” is perfect. The rooms are very dated and dark and very run down, but if you’re looking for a cheap after a long days driving!

Staff at the front desk were super courteous ans took time to explain whwre to find our room ans where to park as well as the hours of the complimentary breakfast bar. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and had a firidge for our use. Bathroom clean and had a bah and shower . Towels clean and soft. Hairdryer available as was soap and shampoo. Overall we were very happy with our quiet accomodations while overnighting on the way from Montreal to Toronto.
