Near Disney Luxury Lakeside Villa with Spa and Wireless Internet

* February 2018: New High Efficiency Central AC Unit and 55” Flat screen TV.

This beautiful 3 bedroom lakeside villa comprises a king master suite with a walk in wardrobe and an en suite, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The living room has a new pull out couch bed (Nov 2019) as well as a roll-a-way bed on premise for free use. Kissimmeevacayvillas.

Although this is a private family owned villa, no expense has been spared as all the furnishings and fittings are of the highest quality. It has a HD LCD TV in both the lounges and in all the bedrooms. It has high speed internet (wi-fi), cable TV, playstation 2 and a well equipped games room, comprising a pool table and a foosball table. For your added security there is a large safe to protect your valuables. The villa backs up to one of the Crescent Lakes and allows you to enjoy spectacular sunsets as you relax in the pool or hot tub.

* Spa heating is FREE

** Pool heating is optional; $25/day (if heating is requested, heating is required for your entire stay length.)

*** Roll away twin XL bed on property available (1); Free for use. Other roll away beds available upon request; 10/day per bed or $55/week per bed.

**** The Southern White House is like all other short term rentals... it is a self catering house. The following welcome package perishables will be provided upon arrival and is independent of the length of stay. The guest is responsible for all supplies required after this start up quantity is exhausted.

Great home- lackluster management company

The host, Michael is great. He was very responsive when we had any questions. The management company was very lack luster. The reason for the four star rating is due to the management company response time. We had reported an issue with the pool light not working our first day at the home. It was not fixed until day 7; the day before we checked out. We truly only got to enjoy the pool one night of our stay due to no pool lights working. The management company should have gotten it fixed sooner.

Great Oasis

All I can say is that we very much enjoy our stay. The house is very clean. Everything was immaculate, Mike runs a very tight ship. He does not fool around. He gets things done when there’s a request. Beautiful Pond out back with tons of Wildlife , beautiful sunsets, I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer!!

Great location! Gorgeous house! Like a home from home. Everything you need is supplied, from kettle, iron and washing machine to barbecue, playstation, pool table. Lovely pool area. The MOST comfy bed I have ever slept in, perfect walk in wadrobe, tv in all rooms. Plenty of towels provided. The only issue we had was we couldn't work the safe. Aside from that, another amazing stay in this property. Thank you to the Owner, for all his help.

This is the most wonderfully relaxing well equipped home - I had the best time. It’s in a lovely, quiet and safe neighbourhood and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It’s probably the first house I’ve ever stayed in where every single kitchen utensil that I needed was right there! There was a minor glitch when I arrived - nobody’s fault - and Faye at the management company responded immediately

Im Vorfeld wurden ale Fragen unsereseits umgehend per e-mail vom EigentĂŒmer freundlich und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Keine Probleme beim Einchecken ins Haus. Alles war sauber und so, wie im Vorfeld beschrieben eingerichtet. Es war alles, was fĂŒr einen gemĂŒtlichen Aufenthalt notwendig ist, vorhanden. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage direkt am See. Phenomenal Experience at the Southern White House!!!

Our stay at the “Southern White House” was nothing less than phenomenal! The owner, Mike Martin, was the absolute best!!! His home was impeccable yet comfortable! My family was able to relax and enjoy time together cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, playing air hockey and pool in the game room and swimming in the huge pool over looking the lake. Our favorite ritual was to sit in the heated jacuzzi after a long day at the parks... which was much needed by my husband and I! We were greatly appreciative of Mike’s kindness and flexibility when we learned of my father in law’s passing one week prior to our trip. Mike is an absolute angel and our family was blessed to be able to enjoy his property after traveling from Jacksonville, Florida to Baton Rouge, LA to prepare and attending the funeral, then turning around to travel to Orlando, FL to relax and enjoy our planned vacation. My husband is forever grateful to have a little time to enjoy our family and use this relaxing environment to remember his father. This home is amazing, has everything you might need and more, very clean, the location is perfect. We loved sitting in the pool and hot tub at night overlooking the lake. It is quiet and in a great location that is close to everything. The owner answered all of my questions before booking. And everyone in the neighborhood was super friendly. Great last minute working vacation!

After the SpaceX manned flight scrubbed my wife and I decided to take our two sons south to see if we could catch the rescheduled launch. We were able to quickly reserve this home and got to see not one but 2 launches from the Cape and Titusville! The owner, Mike, communicates very well with his guests and is passionate that they have a good experience. My sons enjoyed the swimming pool and game room. The fast WiFi enabled my wife and I to work during the day. The home is located in a upscale neighborhood within a short drive to most of Orlando’s attractions. Thank you Mike!

Dies war bereits das vierte Haus das wir in Kissimmee gemietet hatten und es ist mit Abstand das Beste. Sehr sauber, grosses Pool inkl. Whirlpool, Vermieter schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen!
