I didn't rate the breakfast as I didn't partake on it so I cannot leave a review on it. The place was convenient and was easy to get to. Check in was easy and staff were very accommodating. My knowledge with the Japanese language was close to none but the staff were able to speak English well enough. The room was clean however there is an odd smell due to the age of the room. It is not a bad smell at all but it does smell the room was well aged. The aircon also doesn't cool enough that it gets quiet heated if the season is warm. I give it a 4 stars as the inconvenience weren't deal breakers and the price were also reasonable to what amenities was provided. The room was more spacious than what I stayed at in the Tokyo or Osaka for less price. The toilet/bathroom has a bidet, bath tub, hot water, toothbrush, and more basic toiletries. I definitely would stay again when visiting Mt Fuji. Transportation wise - it is a 5-10 minute bus ride to Kawaguchiko Station. Very Convenient.

This is a great hotel near the Mt Fuji train station, their included breakfast was our favourite of our entire Japan trip. My only note would be that it was a little disappointing they were unable to accommodate luggage storage overnight for us as we climbed Mt Fuji for one night and the train station nearby doesn’t have a lot of large lockers so it left us scrambling on our holiday to figure that out. Additionally, this area feels more residential and the more touristy area is near Kawaguchiko train station.

A lot of guests coming here are for hiking up Mt. Fuji and staying one night at the mountain huts. They need to park their car and store luggage at the hotel for one more night. However the staff refused, even the guests were willing to pay extra.

Budget friendly but budgeted a little too hard on this one. Was extremely outdated. The bathroom was disgusting and the curtain had mold on it and smelt horrible when we tried to shower. I would not stay here again, instead, stay by Lake Kawaguchiko.
