"Very clean and easy check-in process. Staff is quite helpful for tourists. Additionally, this hotel gives you the ‘ONSEN’ experience for free. Highly recommended as this is quite close to the Kyoto station which is a big relief."

"Hotel is close to shops and dining options. Although the hotel is located just opposite Kyoto station, walking to and from the gates or terminal still took us 8-10 mins- definitely something to consider especially if travelling with older person. The entrance to the shops connected to Kyoto station is just opposite the hotel, so about 1-2min walk only. As per hotel room, the space is enough for 3 pax, bed was not bad but the pillows were not the most comfortable. Check in and check out using machine so less interaction from staff but staff helpful when asked. I would probably try the other Miyako accommodation next time which I noticed is closer to the terminal/gates."
