It is a small town but has a good pizza place directly across the street called "Last Chance Pizza" as well as a Mavrik next to it to get snacks/drinks if wanted. The room itself had a smell of misty pinesol but seemed clean and the staff was accommodating as able.

It was alright, we got one of the jacuzzi type rooms. It worked fine, but the sink was just out in open, windows were ground floor and not great, jacuzzi being in the room made it pretty wet and humid inside. It’s hard to explain but just felt kinda skeezy and weird. But was clean enough. Front desk was quick and done. It’s fine.

The property is old, not looked after and dirty. Receptionist was smoking something other than a sigarette and the smell was all over the place. Trash lying outside our room on the carpet, which I reported to the receptionist, but it was never cleaned. We didn't feel safe staying there

I was very disappointed when checking in because they had no idea how to assist me with my Wyndham points since I am a member of Wyndham. Also this hotel has no elevator to access the third floor. I'm a disabled veteran and had to climb stairs to the third floor. I feel that they're in no way ADA compliant.

Reasonable rates for very average accommodations

A very friendly and helpful greeting at check-in…but then…a RFID room lock that didn’t work properly, a lamp shade that was broken and fell off when the light was first turned on, and. TV the was inoperable ( later found the power cord had become detached from the back of the television. The “breakfast” amounted to self service coffee, an assortment of granola bars, mini-muffins, and packets of oatmeal. Bottom line, it gave us a place to lay our heads for a few ski days at Steamboat. That said we would likely look for a hotel in Craig, CO for our next stay.

The lady working the front desk was very friendly. We were stopoing for the night to get out of a nightmare snow storm and she made check in a breeze. The room was very clean and comfortable
