Only stayed one night then evacuated to Voca hotel because of flooding. Not hotel or staffs fault but spent second day waiting around to find out what was happening. Finally taken to other hotel which wasnt such a great location. Not close to coast and on very busy street. Staff were friendly but nobody really knew what was going on it was day to day didnt get back to Baruna.

Clean room and staff are professionals. The road to the hotel, however, got flooded due to heavy rains for three days and access has been restricted. However, staff was quick to relocate all guests to another IHG operated hotel. Very thoughtful action by staff.

Fab, contemporary hotel with the beach and shopping areas nearby. My room was very clean, quiet and with everything needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of firm or soft pillows, and there was ample space to store clothes, and toiletries in the bathroom (Dove shampoo and shower gel is provided). There is a lovely rooftop pool with a bar which has a cocktail happy hour each evening and does hot snacks, and the complimentary breakfast has a great choice of food items. I checked out early due to a late night flight and was given a lovely snack box of noodles and rice as I was missing breakfast the next day. Staff were professional and friendly and I appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport. I’d definitely stay here again- great place and great value for money!

All employees are polite and respectful, breakfast is excellent ,our only suggestions are, there are no USB chargers in the room, and flat plug in chargers will not contact the wall sockets. We noticed were placed at the very back of the hotel with the garbage view, and we have to take a long walk from the elevator, though the lobby staff knew we’re on our 70s senior citizens.
