absolutely gorgeous property. the check in was a little confusing with several emails and then processes but it was my first time to do this in Japan so it may be completely the way it is there and we figured it out. Loved the check out process!

Nice, and clean modern room. Convenient location. We had issues with virtual communication as there is no staff on site. The auto light in the room was agonizing as the whole room brightly lights up if anyone goes to washroom.

Brilliant set-up. Roomy, well appointed, had everything we needed. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Two well-stocked markets within 25 meters, and lovely restaurants nearby. And on top of all that, good value for money! We've traveled extensively over the years - mostly 4 and 5 star hotels - This unpretentious hotel was one of the best!!
