This is a super deluxe apartment is located in prestigious La Jolla shores area just 532 steps away from beach and park. This fresh modern home is on second floor with a spacious living room that opens into a dining room and a full kitchen with stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher, and stone counter tops. There is a flat screen TV for entertaining and Wi-Fi throughout. Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size bed and second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a window air condition, in living room and ceiling fans in the bedroom. Many of our guest find it so comfortable, they don't want to leave. One parking spot designated to this unit.

Stroll down half a block to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Best of La Jolla is only steps away from the front door of this residence, walk to everything, and never use a car.

The rates are adjusted for season, competitive for the area , type of home, and are firm.

Sleeps four people in bed, roll-away bed available for the 5th person by request and previous arrangement.

We loved staying at this property. Adorable condo in a prefect location. 2 blocks from the beach and around the corner from restaurants, shops and mini store. The property was clean with a spacious kitchen and living area. It has comfortable furniture too. Will definitely be coming back. I recommend staying at this property!

You can’t beat this location. It’s perfect if you’re wanting to be in La Jolla, whether you want to be in the Cove or the Shores. I highly suggest this if you’re a family of four or less. Rent a car, the parking is very convenient and you’re able to bypass the traffic to get up to the Cove in less than five minutes. Otherwise, great to have the beach so close for walking. I’m familiar with the area, can’t get much better than this. Book it!

The place was awesome and the owner was very nice and accommodating. Location was minutes to good food, coffee, surf shops, the beach and the Scripps Institute where our conference was. Great place and will be looking to book there again whenever our needs take us to La Jolla.

Fantastic La Jolla Shores Stay

Property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with many of the core things you need for time at the beach (e.g. towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc.). The beds were very comfortable. A minute's walk away from the beach, restaurants, and shops around the Shores -- driving optional. Off-street parking was welcomed despite being a little snug for a compact SUV (e.g. RAV4/Forester-sized). Host communication was quick and responsive. We had a wonderful time, and will recommend to family and friends.

Great spot next to the beach

Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Come and go to the beach with ease, and dedicated parking is key. Traffic at the beach can take an extra minute or two, but was never too bad. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo and location

We had an amazing time at this property. It’s steps from the beach and restaurants. My whole family loved the location. It had a great little kitchen and a shared grill space too. The host was super helpful and very responsive although we didn’t need much because it was all there! We would stay here again!
