Disliked: Check-in, communication
Poor communication. Does not communicate or respond to any messages.Tried the number provided and no one answers, phone rings and goes to VoiceMail. Could not get any information the day before which concerned me because it will be too late to book another unit if they did not confirm. They only provided the info 1 hour prior to check in. The unit is a multi-unit apartment and is one floor below the main entrance with no elevator. On the hindsight, the balcony was great place to hang out.
