Open your door and you are in the heart of Laguna Beach. STEPS TO FOREST ST and MAIN BEACH!!
The walk to main beach is 2 blocks or 2/10 of a mile.
Walk to the MAIN part of town, to main beach, shopping, movies, dinner and even the pageant. You can’t beat this location!!!!!!!!!! Many places claim they are near town, but if you can't walk into town, traffic and parking is impossible in Laguna. You wont need your car for ANYTHING, but if do want to leave the main part of Laguna, my home is across the street from the FREE trolley. This is the central station, so you can take the trolley anywhere you want for FREE!!! You are also a five minute walk from the world famous Pageant of the Masters! If you have not heard of this event of have not gone, it is a must!!! It is only a summer event and it changes every summer. People travel from all over to just come to this event!

Not only is the location ideal, but the home is ADORABLE!!!! The home is charming with hardwood floors, a great deck with comfortable lounge furniture and BBQ, a sun room and views of the canyon and mountain side.
The bed is a cal king size sleep select bed with memory foam and there is also a extra large couch that is comfortable for sleeping. There is also an air mattress bed.
I live in the home in front of this cottage and am always near by if you need anything but the unit is private from the main home with your own separate entrance and outdoor area.
Don't miss this irresistible cottage IN TOWN! This house has all the charm that makes you want to visit Laguna over and over again.

It also has a PARKING SPOT (MUCH NEEDED IN LAGUNA)!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. We hosted 7 for dinner twice, enjoyed the hot tub, and played games in the living room. Tara responded quickly to questions and provided helpful tips. We travel a lot and this property ticks all the boxes, there’s even a diffuser for us curly haired girls.

Outstanding place and host. Great location, right next to downtown shops, restaurants, galleries, main beach. Apartment is bright, comfortable, well appointed, with gorgeous outside seating area, jacuzzi. Host Tara is amazingly responsive and helpful. Steps going up from driveway to access, but landings and handrails made it fine for us seniors. Highly recommend and would return.

Over the years, we've stayed in numerous VRBO rentals along the coast of California and in Hawaii. All of them were nice, but we've never felt compelled to leave a review until now. We rented this guest house for a week and it is absolutely one of our favorite vacation rentals for multiple reasons. The location is perfect as it's located within a short walking distance of literally every place in Laguna Beach you'd likely want to visit (the beach, downtown area, restaurants, etc.). The house itself is great! It's a cute, beach bungalow-style cottage overlooking the hills and part of downtown. It's nicely decorated and very clean. It also has a wonderful patio area outside which includes a hot tub, TV, and a beautiful water feature. Last (but not least), the hosts (Tara and Bruce) are the most amazing hosts we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They provide many amenities that some other VRBO's we've stayed in have not (coffee, snacks, shampoo, etc.). They are also super nice and very responsive to their guests' questions and needs. They truly made us feel at home.We had an incredible experience there and will definitely try to book this house again should we return here in the future. If you are fortunate enough to find this place available during your planned visit, we highly recommend you book it immediately as it is very popular and is often unavailable. You will be very happy if you do!

Location, location, location
oh, and location. This cottage is ideal for your stay at Laguna Beach. It is steps away from the beach, downtown, restaurants, and the sawdust art festival. Everything is walkable. I was skeptical about the statement of park your car and forget about it, but it’s true. The cottage itself is set up well and has everything you’ll need for your stay. Inside and out, this place is amazing. Outside is a beautifully hardscaped patio area with a hot tub, a tv, bbq area, separate seating area and a beautiful waterfall feature. As amazing as the photographs are, they do not do it justice. Inside, you’ll enjoy a full kitchen, a large living room with a huge flatscreen tv, an extended nook area and private bedroom and bathroom. It is professionally cleaned and very well maintained. The air conditioning is fantastic and so is the cool ocean evening breeze. The host was incredibly communicative and the instructions for our stay were clear and easy to follow. My wife and I could not have been more satisfied with our experience. 10 out of 10.

Post-Conference Getaway

After concluding a conference in San Diego, my husband and I drove up the coast for a few nights in Laguna Beach before returning back to the East Coast. Tara’s place was perfect for us and she is a lovely and accommodating hostess! It was super clean, comfortable, quiet and well-appointed, inside and out. Great location, easy to find and just a short walk to town and the beach. It was so fun to immerse ourselves in the community for a few days.It is attached to the main house, but still very private. And the jacuzzi was such a treat, a relaxing way to end the day. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it!

Great Home Base

Tara’s place is great! Comfortable, nicely appointed, with everything you need. The outdoor space and the hot tub are both a bonus. The best part was the location. We walked to so many areas of Laguna Beach, and exploring the Orange County coast was easy with this place as our home base. Great access to Crystal Cove and a ton of beaches.

Laguna Beach Getaway

My wife and I love Laguna Beach. We were so blessed to be able stay here and it was so nice and amazing. It’s such a warm and welcoming feel. We loved how open and bright it feels during the day. Then at night it’s cozy and romantic. We will stay here again for sure.
