The bedding was full of hair and funk from previous guest. It was never changed. The bathroom and shower were also full of hair from previous guest. When asked for a new room, the hotel declined. They changed sheets and had someone run water in tub. Disappointing. One staff member commented that this was not the first time this has happned....implied that this is a regular issue with cleaning staff. This hotel was the most expenaive of our 10 night road trip...and it was the worst in cleanliness. Some roadside motels were cleaner. They agreed to call us back after speaking with a manager. They never called.
