Lake George 6 Bedroom Home lake access

Outstanding 6 bed / 3 bath modern home sleeps 14 in 9+ beds. Part of a small cottage style "resort", this home shares 2 acres with other cabins on the property the 2 acre grounds with seasonal amenities that include 2 outdoor pools, lake access, complimentary use of canoes & kayaks, lawn games, and playgrounds. Perfect for large families or groups that want the flexibility of an house but the amenities and service from a small, attentive summer resort property.
The space
Outstanding just renovated home with master suite, beds for 14 Guests and 3 full baths! Central A/C! Large living room with couches, easy chair, 55" smart TV with Roku as well as the ability to use your favorite streaming services. There is a breakfast table, counter top & bar stool seating in and around the kitchen, a formal dining room, huge kitchen with island and granite counter tops. dishwasher, large refrigerator and oven. First floor living room level bedroom requires no stairs, includes a queen-sized bed and is near to a full bath. Second floor master suite facing the lake offers two rooms and a walk-in closet - one for sleeping with a queen bed, and the other is a reading room with futon couch and lake views to the southeast. The next 3 bedrooms have 1 queen bed each and plenty of cost space and windows. the 6th bedroom mashed a great kids' or singles' room with 4 twin beds and a large walk-in closet. The second floor has two full bathrooms. Ample parking for the house is directly at the front door, right off Lake Shore Drive. Enjoy the weather, views of the property and pool, and filtered lake views from our new 2nd floor level cedar deck which sets high above the property on the rear of the house looking toward Lake George. Deck includes patio dining set and filtered view. picnic tables, fire pit and charcoal grill at the ground level. This home enjoys all of the resort's amenities on the property. While the home is located at the roadside, and includes a one room office for the Resort that has a separate entrance, and is separate from the house. The home's modern construction keeps noise to a minimum indoors. Roku TV / streaming year round. Excellent WiFi service throughout the property!

Guest access
Guests have access to all seasonably available on-site amenities. Enjoy lawn games, a fire pit and lazy Adirondack chairs. Relax at either of our 2 pools or at the lake access point. Row boats and canoe available for our guests to enjoy, and on property games such as horse shoes, shuffle board and corn hole add to the fun. We are very near to the lake, located on the east (lake) side of Lakeshore Drive, about 500' from the lake. We have deeded access via a trail down (and back up!) the hillside, which leads to an approximately 125' space with an authentic natural Adirondack Lake front with gorgeous views, water access and several canoes & rowboats that we provide for our guests at no additional charge (in-season). Please note that there is no vehicular access, and that walking up and down the trail is required. Those with mobility challenges may find this difficult. For those who may be visiting from points south or east, please understand that this is not a "sandy beach" as found on the oceans / sounds. It is a beautiful spot to bring a chair and take it all in, enjoy the sound of the water, take a dip or explore the bay in our boats.
Other things to note
Our property is on the eastern side of Route 9N /Lake Shore drive, with filtered views of the lake and access to a shared beach available in-season. We are not a direct watefront property. The lake access is approximately 500 feet down the hill to the lake, and the path is rough and relatively steep. Those with mobility challenges may find this difficult to access. In the summer season, we offer two pools, one solar heated, as well as space for games like horseshoes, shuffle board, corn hole and ping-pong, a playground and fire pits at which to enjoy the evening.
The home is centrally heated with hot water baseboard and centrally air conditioned. There are thermostats on the first and second floor.
We have full size, stacked washer and dryer located in the first-floor bath.
We provide all bed linens (high quality Oxford Eqyption cotton), comforters, blankets, pillows, hand and dish towels, liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, toilet paper, etc. **PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BATH AND POOL TOWELS.**
-Our pet policy: We allow up to one animal, under 50 lbs and at least one year in age. There is a pet fee applicable to your stay. While a guest with us, animals must not be left unattended in your accommodation unless crated, are not allowed on furniture or bedding, and any “business” must be cleaned up by pet parents. The department of Health regulations do not allow dogs at pools, waterfront or the game areas. Guests must select "Pet" when reserving. Please contact us before booking if you wish to request exceptions to this policy. Pet fee is an additional $195 per stay.
Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am daily.
There are 2 pools in the summer season, one solar heated and the other natural. Solar heated is open for Memorial Day through the 2nd weekend in September. The natural pool is open from the end of June to Labor Day.
