Had a great time! The arcade was lots of fun, kids loved the water park. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and great. Couple things I would plan for next time is coming early and swimming before check in, and bringing some drinks, snacks from home. I do wish there were some clear gluten free menu items, but that’s just a wish. Overall we had a wonderful time and would come back. It’s a great location with lots of things nearby to do.

Loved everything. Definitely felt the Christmas Spirit. Just wish that the simple breakfast wasn’t as expensive, or had better choices. Everything was all prepackaged pre-frozen foods.

The staff was amazing. Prices were a bit high for food at the buffet in the morning. It was cold. We had a group of 11 The way things were set up was just a little weird for the kids lotta back-and-forth. trying to get drinks and stuff just wasn’t stocked up wasn’t flavorful at all. The kids enjoyed the waterpark. It was just small enough that we weren’t panicked about losing anybody who rented a cabana for the day. Thought it was pricey for not really including anything a TV that you couldn’t hear. For $192 we used it basically to put our stuff at. Our rooms were clean we had to ask for blankets for the couches. Our toilet backed up but maintenance came right away. The Starbucks was not open only just for a short period of time we were there for two days. There was a storm so they said that the people didn’t come in to work it overall the kids really enjoyed it again for the room the park and all of the food we ate there it was over $2000. Expedia apparently messed up my reservation and didn’t give me the full cost so I had to pay $200 more than expected just for the room overall I would recommend it I guess.

Room was decent, didn't get into our room until 4pm, which was disappointing. Don't eat in the Tavern, my 9yo got food poisoning. Water park was great, warm water, and clean smelling.

Room is great. Have small stain on comforter. Kid loves water park despite had to wait a room for 30 minutes after checking in. Food at Hurricane Grill is great.

The water park was fun, but our hotel stay was less than ideal. There is only 1 elevator for the whole building, with such high volume that we always used the stairs instead. From inside your hotel room you can hear everything in the hall, the room next to you, and the footsteps of guests upstairs.

Hotel getting old and some major maintenance is required. Old and noisy AC/heating unit. The sofa bed mattress is dead, you can feel the springs in your bones. I asked to change it but it never happened. My 6 years old couldn’t sleep on it, he spent the 3 nights squeezed in our bed. The 2 twin beds are not comfortable, you keep sinking. The only thing that keeps this hotel going is the indoor water park.
