It appeared that there were more staff members than during our last visit in July 2025. The water park also seemed to be in much better condition. We noticed several details that made a significant difference in the quality of our stay. Hopefully, this marks the beginning of a renewed commitment that will restore the lodge to the exceptional standard it held 15 years ago.

The room was very clean....pool area was kept clean and staff was very nice. The restaurant was overloaded one night with a large party and we had to wait for our check for a long time. Overall very nice place to go.

Waterpark was wonderful. Staff was kind. Definitely family friendly! Rooms were clean and a great size. Hours of operation for all the attached amenities, cafe, and restaurants was not clear or easy information to find.

It was the weekend so there were lots of guests and the water park was crowded. The kids still had lots of fun! The extra activities with characters were an enjoyable break. The room seemed clean, however the wall sconce lights between the beds did not work, and the toilet wobbled.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Waterpark was ok as there were no long lines or overly crowded. The lazy river/hot tub were unkempt. We spotted two bandaids and numerous hair ties in the lazy river the first day along with someone’s bandaids they put over stitches. The next day we decided to give it another try. We saw the same bandaids and hair ties in the water. I was disappointed, kids didn't care but I decided to cut the day short and went to do other things.

The staff here is always POSITIVE & hard working. If it’s not technically their job, they make it their business to solve your issue. We have stayed here twice now and I’m a picky person and I will return over and over.
