I found everything to be quite welcoming except for a hole or a rather good size dent in my bathroom wall between the toilet and tub. Just was a bit distracting, everything else was very nice. I also didn’t understand the 10 dollar charge upon arrival for (incidentals).

The hotel was great the staff was excellence. The only problem was the pool had to much bleach when you open the door to get in the pool area the bleach burned your eyes and we had to get out the pool that not healthy for you. Also the breakfast good of been better ad some bacon and home fries and you be better offer some ginger ale a lot of people don't drink coffee or juices in morning.

Beds are not queen sized

The hotel is clean , but do not be fooled by the “queen”beds . They are double beds on a very wobbly platform . There are no cabinets to put your clothes in . If you need to hang up more than 5 items of clothing you have to bring your own . Other than that it is a nice place . Staff are very friendly.

Great Hotel

Quick 1 night stay in Lake George to break up our trip. The kids loved the hotel, as the pool area had a nice water slide and kiddie pool area. Would definitely stay again!

We traveled with a group of 8 in 2 rooms and I specifically called the hotel prior to arrival asking that we have joining rooms-with a connecting door, the person who answered told me he would notate the account and then they would assign rooms the morning of arrival. When we arrived at the hotel the person checking us in was unable to give us connecting rooms stating they would do it for us in the morning. The following morning I went to the front desk to ask about switching rooms since we were a family of 8 and I spoke to the manager who was unapologetic and in fact rude, stated we would have to pay an additional $120 to switch our room to a connecting room. Never will we stay here again. The pool had a lot of chlorine in it and the floors at the pool were chipping and moldy. Not sure how this place got 9/10 on Expedia. Would not even give me this place 5/10. More like 2/10.
