The room was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. What needs improvement is the breakfast offerings. It was the same thing for each of the 4days I was there. Also the faucet didn’t. extend far enough over the sink basin so when you turn the faucet on, water splattered all over the counter between the faucet setting and the sink basin.

The room we stayed in was not clean. My two year old kept finding things in the “hard to reach” spaces. The bathroom was not only tiny but kind of grimy. The breakfast was NOT good. Nothing had flavor at all and they don’t even offer salt or pepper to try to add any flavor. The pool was very nice though! I will give them that!

I Love the Baymont❤️

Rooms are always clean. Staff always friendly, courteous and helpful. I couldn’t figure out the tv and the guy at the front desk came to my room to help me!! Ill always stay there when in Lancaster!
