PETS:
Dogs are welcome and must be house trained, stay off the furniture and bedding and never left unattended in the dome or guest house unless crated. Only dogs are allowed, no other pets are welcome. Please ensure the correct number of dogs are included in your booking reservation and the price will adjust accordingly. Maximum of 2 dogs.

PRICING:
Our nightly rate is based on a reservation of up to 12 guests. All guests and pets must be included in the reservation at the time of booking. For safety and insurance purposes, only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors or additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.

DAY GUESTS:
Host's Pre-approval is required for Day Guest's use of the property. A Day Guest's fee of $75 will be applied and arrangements made with the host. Day Guest's hours are 10am to 9pm.

POOL HEATING:
Please inquire as there is an additional charge to heat the pool and advanced notice requirements. The pool heating can be seasonal and subject to weather conditions for availability. The host cannot guarantee pool heating is available during your stay as its weather dependent.

GUEST ACCESS:
This listing is for the entire property and no other guests will be on the property. The property is entirely private and designed for group stays, offering both large gathering areas and peaceful desert corners to recharge.

Check-in is at 3PM and Check-out is at 11AM.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We promise quiet and seclusion throughout your stay, plus the peace of mind that comes with near 24/7 assistance. Feel free to call us if anything comes up — we have local attendants that can help make your stay more comfortable.

POOL CLEANING:
We have a regular pool and hot tub service that may come during your stay during regular working hours. The current cleaning schedule is Thursday.
