Great customer service. The ice machine was broken down on my floor. The workout room only had one elliptical, one treadmill, and some free weights. The treadmill was out of service.

I love this hotel. Great staff! Pool and hit tub definitely need scrubbing and upgrading. If its a concern for you, deliveries are made to rooms, despite the tanke in lobby requesting they stay there. Staff was SO friendly and helpful! Clean, quiet, nice area very close to amenities

We love it that’s the hotel is tucked away from the busy business establishments but closed enough to walk or quick drive to get food. Its quiet. Staff was friendly at check in and throughout our stay. However, the patio outside the pool area, it needs a little landscaping care like the weeds between the patio concrete pavements…other than that, we enjoyed our dinner in the patio.

Really good stay

I wish I could remember his name but the individual that worked at the front desk was amazing. Very welcoming and funny. I stayed at the hotel for 3 night. It was a solo trip, felt very safe.
