The hotel did not properly disclose that they did not have a restaurant functioning on site or the shuttle for the airport available. These were two main reasons we stayed at this location. Also, the resort fee was astronomical! This is definitely not a resort and not worthy of a $49 resort fee. We will not return.

The food is time limit till 10pm. Not allowed to use the microwave at least having a consideration that your cafe in under renovation. Staff are focus with the safety of the guest. I didn’t realize i compare your hotel to extended america like very homey bec there is a kitchen and microwave probably reinvented or the trip from hotel to strip that might too much over all im satisfied

The staff were great and the rooms were good. The issue was that booking through Expedia didn’t show the additional fees and the required deposit. None of those charges were mentioned or visible during the booking process, which was frustrating. More transparency on Expedia’s end would’ve made the stay much smoother

dreadful bathroom, shower totally broken in top floor room of premium tower. also sink tap broken (as was one in previous room last week). the rooms need a total refurbishment. also again this week airport shuttle not running Thursday pm (last week not running for even longer). parking lot rented out to F1 so almost impossible to park- NO LONGER RECOMMENDED!

Everything smelled like smoke, even though we were in non-smoking rooms. Had issues with the elevator multiple times, where it would not open. And they had no place to get filtered water. You could either buy bottled water for $3.49 per bottle in the gift shop, or fill up your own bottle from the bathroom sink. Lastly, house keeping would not come and clean/provide fresh towels each day. However, the room overall was clean and it’s inexpensive so you get what you pay for.

It was advertised that there would be an airport shuttle however it was closed Thursday through Monday, which was my exact stay. When booking the hotel I purposely booked one close to the college so that my grandson could spend time at the college checking it out. I did not have a vehicle so I had no transportation to get anywhere and I wanted to make sure that there was a a restaurant on site. Upon check in I discovered that the restaurant was closed and there was nothing on site other than an overpriced gift shop with two day old food in the refrigerator and packaged chips and things that are not sustainable. I would’ve gotten a ride to a grocery store had there been a refrigerator and a microwave in the room as pictured on the website. I was left to walk across a busy road to a fast food restaurant one day the rest of the days were raining and it wasn’t conducive to do so. The room was cleaned. OK however the toilet was still dirty or rather not cleaned thoroughly. I was very disappointed in this property and it’s only saving Grace was that it was convenient to the college but for the price I am very unhappy with it. I feel that in order for people to make an informed decision about where they’re going to stay they should know if there are temporary shutdowns of amenities.
