The smell is my main complaint. I showed up at noon to drop off a bag and even though the casino is smoking it was pretty well handled (front desk lobby is in the back/right of the casino area) - when I got back to check in around 9 or 10pm my eyes were watering and I had to wait in line to check in. Whatever people were smoking in there was putrid and there was no escape in the hotel lobby. I thought surely the smells would end when I got past the doors, but no. They've used some sort of cleaning agent to attempt to erase smells beyond the doors and at least on the second floor it smelled swampy/acid. Room was decent, but the TV was mounted with a 13 degree tilt and I should have taken the slow flushing toilet as a warning that I'd be calling the front desk later to get someone with a plunger. This incident I don't think anyone would have caught - the only reason I mention it is I had to wait forever to get someone at the front desk - the person showed with a plunger pretty quickly and that resolved what I assume was the previous occupant's issue. I'm not particularly smell sensitive, but I was inundated with the smell and kept my clothing in a plastic bag. It wasn't just my room it was the hallways and you could smell that different rooms were wafting different strengths of that smell. I suspect it's a cleaning product combined with having formerly been a smoking area, but I don't really know. Smell bad, hotel otherwise acceptable
Shuttle bus - driver was cool
Just a note these are the type of swing locks you can open with thread or an under-door attack - I clipped a belt on it
Anything attached to the wall was either coming out or installed improperly. If you happen to deal with having to get things right, you'll be annoyed

Room was very dingy with stains on curtains, floor and walls. Airport flight path is directly overhead with flights every 3 minutes. Walls are super thin so you hear everything from your neighbors. Bathroom is so small you have to climb into the shower just to close the door. Peeling paint on walls. A/C tripped the braker at least once per day and stopped working. Internet wifi is non secure and only 1.5 mbps.

Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived at our check-in time and the receptionists took their time to greet and assist us with our reservations. The TV didn't work and the sink was clogged in one of our rooms (2273) and a lot of the equipment in the gym did not work properly. Everything else was ok.

Staff didn’t care. Room was unclean and in a state of disrepair - missing outlet covers, dirty and damaged walls, shower head damaged and NO water pressure so i could not even take a shower at all. Cafe advertised specials though Dennys replaced it months ago. Never, ever again. There is so much competition that is better quality and cheaper proces

Smell weird and could hear people from other room talking given bad isolation. Internet was very slow. Phone reception is not working well from room as well. 40 min walk from strip was good. Even tho they say they offer shuttle almost all day, it’s not true, had to uber from and to airport both arrival and departure, all I got is a sorry.
