the room too far from desk and casino I use a walker and there was no place to eat Had to leave property to eat bar next to front desk unmanned and unclean. couldnt close bathroom door without standing on other side of commode between it and shower doors only a small child could do that comfortably. leaf blower in parking lot at 7-8 am right under our window.

2 night stay. The room was absolutely filthy. I wasn’t expecting lavish accommodations. However, I did expect a clean carpet, walls without stains and shower without mold. The two stars are for the front desk agent. She was lovely and found a cleaner room for us to stay in for the second evening.

The hotel did not properly disclose that they did not have a restaurant functioning on site or the shuttle for the airport available. These were two main reasons we stayed at this location. Also, the resort fee was astronomical! This is definitely not a resort and not worthy of a $49 resort fee. We will not return.

The front desk folks were great. My room had a fire alarm beeping all night, even after they changed the battery. I got in early in the morning from a flight and was too tired to change room rooms. The restaurant was closed. There is nowhere to eat there.

I got cleaning service next day, then i asked for cleaning service for towels etc. I was promised cleaning would come? No one came, i had to keep asking for towels, one time shampoo and conditioner. Ice machine didn't work on 2nd floor had to go to first floor rather far. Good parking no problems there.

We were upgraded to a suite because there was something wrong with our room. Cole was on it! He was awesome! The hotel is reaonably priced and convenient to the airport and they have a free airport shuttle, which is really nice. The hotel staff were not friendly. For being a suite I was surprised there was no microwave. There was a very small refrigerator. The bed was good but the pillows were terrible.
