Hotel reception contact number not reachable from Airport. No microwave and refrigerator in the room. Room desk phone not working. No coffee machine in the room. Bathroom is very tiny to close the door you got step into the shower area. Inspite of having 2 separate reservations with a 3 day gap, hotel manager said she can’t hold luggage for more than 24 hours. Common area carpets aren’t clean. TV and couple of lights weren’t working when checked in. Need to contact the front desk for them to fix. Couple of good things - Airport pick up, Little far from room but elevator is working, Early check in for a fee.

Facilities were subpar clean from casino to hallways. Our room was good though. Outside didn’t feel safe . Parking lot has lots of trash. Bus stop right at hotel brought in sketchy guests. I was about to stay downstairs alone and gamble late at night

Casino amd carpets not spotless, but the room was actually do-able and not dirty. Bright clean sheets, new tv, good a/c, good shower and sink. If your worried about not getting a good stay, you would be fine choosing this room. Pool area looks pretty nice too, but was closed (9pm).
