The hotel did not properly disclose that they did not have a restaurant functioning on site or the shuttle for the airport available. These were two main reasons we stayed at this location. Also, the resort fee was astronomical! This is definitely not a resort and not worthy of a $49 resort fee. We will not return.

Place is absolutely quality affordable place to stay (manageable) off strip. The casino is small, but if you need a bed that’s clean quiet and with spectacular staff this is the spot you’re looking for. While the casino is small they do have great deals, and offers. Not much of a happening spot, but honestly that’s exactly the type of spot I want when it’s time to rest. Don’t sleep on a place you can actually sleep.

Have stayed here plenty of times, but this time it was different staff was kind of rude giving people a hard time never got house sleeping to clean our room non-smoking room smelled more like smoke than anything else and two top it off they turned on fire alarm early in the morning, waking us up without letting us know that it was just a test

With an exception of 2 Staff team members that i came in contact with wich were one of there Casino securty & front desk the next day after check in and both were African American but both managers night and day were very rude and disrespectful male an female and the male manager snatch a phone out of one of my adult kids hands with no regards horrible experience would never get a room or recommend them to any one ever. And no apology or accountability or accommodations was made.
