The property is beautiful. The staff is friendly. Parking is not convenient. Poor lighting in the evening and really difficult to find your building when walking. They all look alike and are not marked. There’s no drawer space. My room didn’t have a dresser to put away clothes. The safe is too small and the door opens backwards making it really difficult to use. The door to the closet opens backwards and would bang into the bathroom door. The thermostat had one setting. It was freezing and wouldn’t allow me to turn up the temperature. I just shut it completely off. Hotel came highly recommended. Beautiful but lacking.

Gus in guest services outside of the lobby was incredibly friendly and accommodating Austin and Dorian at the front desk were great in helping with check in. I can’t remember her name but the pool staff manager was great too

It doesn't get better than this. The property is stunning. The customer service is exceptional. Had dinner at Bourbon Steak and La Hacienda and both were excellent. We also attended Pumpkin Fest which was fun. Loved this hotel and everything it had to offer.

I stay here 4 times a year with my grandchildren...I am local...I can always get an upgrade at reasonable price --this time +600.00 - I had a sick child and had to have meds delivered to the bell desk they charges me 20$ plus tip to do that. Chap stick 6$ breakfast I had to track server down entire meal..room service was partially delivers after an hour$$$ tip on a tip is on the bill....gratuity included. Must be new manger...

We were so impressed with the experience we had at the Fairmont. Everything from the customer service starting with the valet all the way to the restaurant staff was great! The grounds were very well maintained and the rooms were very clean and great quality. The dining options were delicious ( however a bit pricey). We will definitely be back !
