This was the worst hotel we have stayed.
The shuttle driver picked us up at the airport was amazing! He put our luggage, wheelchair in the van, carried them to the room after we were checked in was the best part.
Aside from being moved to the ground floor after we got to the hotel, the room was anything but handicap accessible!
The shuttle driver had to remove furniture out of the room in order to squeeze my husbands wheelchair in. There was no way to get between the bed and the dresser to the bathroom or shower.
I started to take a shower, closed the shower curtain to find a washcloth from a previous renter on the top of the shower curtain.
The tubhair catch drain was not in the tub and it was clear why during the shower. The tub filled with water and didnt drain until long after the shower.
After my shower, I walked across the floor to get something out of the suitcase and my feet were black as if id been walking outside without shoes.
My husband was unable to get a shower at all.
Back at the office for breakfast that was advertised included with the room the only thing available was two bottles of water, bananas and a granola bar. There was no coffee in the room or in the breakfast area, nothing else available.
At checkout the desk clerk asked why we hadn't been in a handicap room. I explained the deskclerk who checked us in said they didn't have them. I was then told they do have several we should have been in one. No inconvenience discount or coupon was offered.
