Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Farmhouse located 8min away from Lawrenceville Arts Center and 5min away to Gwinnett County Airport (LZU). Located minutes to amazing natural parks.


Our 3 bedroom farmhouse features:
- Master bedroom: one king bed and one floor memory foam folding mattress. We do have a pack and play available for babies in this bedroom.
One full bathroom attached.
- Guest bedroom 1: one queen bed and one office desk.
- Guest bedroom 2: one king bed
- One full bathroom detached
- Bonus room Media Room/Movie Theater
- Pool table, fire pit, Patio, grill, and more.

*Please note garage not available


- Community quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- No street parking allowed! Parking is available in the driveway and a maximum of three vehicles at once.
- For liability reasons, insurance does not permit that guests may bring any visitors or any other guests to our home at any time, for any length of time.
Only the guests who are listed on the reservation are allowed to enter the house.

House Rules:

1. No un-registered guests.
2. No parties, events, or loud noises.
3. No Smoking or vaping on the property (inside and outside is prohibited).
4. Keep in mind that Marihuana is prohibited in the State of Georgia and we won’t tolerate it on our property.
5. No pets allowed.
6. Damage furniture, Kitchenware towels, or linens will be charged to the guest.
7. Don't rearrange the furniture.
8. Take care of our place as if it was yours :)
9. Most important! enjoy your stay!.
Breaking any of the house rules will result in the cancellation of your reservation instantly with no refunds and a $500 fine fee.
