The space:
5000 SQ ft 2 level home. 5 bed 3.5 bath with luxury furnishings, decor, and finishes.
*Main Level: Fully stocked large and open kitchen that makes cooking for a crowd a pleasant experience. Every chef loves the Granite Counters and Stainless Appliances, Gas Stove and Double Ovens. The Dining table extends easily to seat 10 and 2 barstools at the bar for a total of 12. There are 2 highchairs available upon request as well. The main level also has 1/2 bath, Mudroom, Laundry Room (Washer Dryer Steamer), Sectional Sofa, Large TV, Gas Fireplace. The Master Suite features a King Bed with luxury bedding and blackout curtains, a large Smart TV, Master Bath has Granite counters with double sink, an oversized tub and oversized shower as well as a walk in closet. Guest Bath has Granite Counters with a tub shower combo, Bedroom 2 Features a Queen sized bed and a large wall mounted Smart TV. 2 car garage as well as 2-3 spaces on the driveway. Outdoor space includes a propane Gas Grill, Outdoor Swing and Covered Dining area, folding tables and chairs are also available for outdoor events such as showers and bridal parties etc.
*Basement includes Great Room with a pool table and lots of board games to choose from as well as a large smart TV, Full bath with tub shower combo, Bedroom 3 Features a King Sized Bed, 2 rollaway twin beds, a pack n play, and Smart TV, Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 have queen beds with smart TVs. In the nook of the great room you will find 2 twin beds and a sleeping mat bringing occupancy sleeping limit to 15. This home is centrally located with easy access to I-15 and West Davis Corridor. Close to shopping, tons of restaurants, and many indoor and outdoor activities as well as Lagoon, Antelope Island, HAFB, Theatres, Ski Resorts, Hiking/Waterfall Trails, Golf, Biking Trails, Aquarium, etc.

Garbage is collected from the street on Friday morning. We would appreciate it if our Thursday evening guests would roll the can to the curb and we would appreciate the Friday guest rolling it back in

Please put the kids toys , games, puzzles, extra tables and chairs etc. away before checking out. Thank you very much

Do not move / slide the beds/ furniture, it damages bracing & supports. Do not take folding beds upstairs, use in the basement only. Do not move jar or lift the pool table. It is $1000 to relevel it.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This house was absolutely wonderful, and perfect for what we needed. It was spacious enough to fit our extended family while making preparations for a wedding. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable. The kitchen is a dream and well stocked. The yard is beautiful with a lovely seating area. We would absolutely stay here again, our best VRBO experience yet, the hosts are amazing. Very highly recommended!!

The property was absolutely amazing! So clean and so many amenities. The only thing (which wasn’t even a huge deal) is the website says checkout is at 11, but it’s actually 10am. We were out around 9, so not a huge deal for us, but just be aware. All and all a wonderful trip, check in was so easy, they were very friends and the house was comfy and beautiful! We would 100% stay here again!
