Spectacular hilltop villa near Cannes overlooking the Cap d’Antibes

This luxurious villa (420 M2) on c. two acres at the edge of woodland with mature gardens is just ten minutes from Cannes. Although less than three kilometres from the beaches, the villa offers a high degree of privacy unusual for the area. The villa enjoys panoramic views encompassing the sea and Cap d'Antibes. The western terrace overlooking the pool accommodates 12 or more diners with barbecue.The extensive grounds are beautifully maintained by the gardener who resides at the gate lodge. The villa is only a short distance from a great number of amenities including the sea, beaches, golf, horse riding, marinas, etc., and is only twenty minutes from Nice Airport.
There are numerous hideaway places throughout the villa's extensive and beautifully matured grounds. Also the villa has no less than four separate BBQ areas each with its own unique views.

The main bedroom (double) with private sun terrace has a large newly refurbished ensuite. This bedroom is air-conditioned. Two more double bedrooms A/C have en suite full bathrooms with WC. Another bedroom contains two double beds and twin bedroom share one full bathroom and WC. A further bedroom is in use as a children's bedroom suitable for four (can be changed ).There is also a large children's playroom on the ground floor. The villa is ten minutes from the Cannes Country Club championship golf course. Riding and tennis clubs nearby. Boat chartering at Golfe Juan. The villa is five minutes from two entrances to the AutoRoute, twenty minutes from Nice International airport, within walking distance of Vallauris and the Picasso Museum. Excellent dining and shopping and cultural venues. The gate lodge(well away from villa) is occupied by the gardener who maintains the extensive ground.

For example within 10 minutes drive from the villa one can shop on the beautiful Rue d'Antibes Cannes, have lunch at the port in Antibes, sunbathe back at the villa in the afternoon and have dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants in Mougins .Monte Carlo ,Nice,Cap Ferrat, St.Paul de Vance , St. Raphael and St. Tropez are all only short drives away by car.

Fantastic villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in this villa. With a beautiful view, lovely pool, plenty of space and great facilities we had everything we needed. Thanks to Laurent for all his help, housekeeping and for cooking a wonderful birthday meal for us all. We would definitely return given the opportunity.

The most beautiful Villa

The Villa was absolutely beautiful and the property manager was more than accommodating. We text him multiple times with questions and he always answered promptly and with sincere kindness. The entire villa was immaculate and fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, not the mention the gorgeous views, beautiful pool, serene atmosphere and privacy. I highly recommend the Villa!!

Fabulous property for a group!

Numerous bedrooms and bathrooms made this home a nice choice for a larger group. The outdoor space and pool areas are beautiful. Working with the owner was easy and communication was timely. The house manager Laurent was friendly and helpful and very quick to address even the most minor need. The master bedroom and bathroom are newly remodeled and quite lovely. Kitchen was well equipped. It's a very quiet location with a beautiful view!

We were 3 families with kids. We had a fantastic stay in the Villa. The place is exactly as in the photos, well equipped, very clean. We were warmly welcomed by Lorenzo who was super helpful and made our stay even more pleasant. An additional unexpected bonus was on 15th and 16th of August the fireworks show over the Bay of Antibes that we could admire from the comfort of the Villa. There is the big good quality barbecue that we used multiple times during over stay. The swimming is comfortable and safe for kids with stunning views. Overall we would 100% recommend the Villa. Thank you for making our holidays so special.

Die Lage ist einfach top. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin und den Mitarbeitern vor Ort hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Das einzige was wir Schade fanden, war der untere Stockwerk. Es war zwar allessauber, aber die Zimmer sind ziemlich alt. Aber wir konnten uns sehr erholen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Leute.

Wonderful Family Get Together

We stayed here for 2 weeks in July for a family get-together coming from Dorset, Oxfordshire, Atlanta Georgia, Amsterdam and Casablanca; fifteen in all plus and an into everything toddler. We loved the Villa! It accommodated our very large family with ease. It seemed to have elastic walls swallowing us all up without a single hiccup. There are a myriad of places to find peace, both inside and in the sprawling grounds so no one trod on anyone else’s toes. The pool is fantastic with an infinity drop off in to Cap Juan! It was also very secure for the little one who never cracked the code of how to get in, although she had 30 eyeballs on her. We were able to all eat together outside on the Terrace/barbeque area , enjoying the fabulous pool with its stunning views of Cap. We were very happy here. Laurent and Antoine are a magical pair who saw to our every need. Antoine has a smile that could crack glass, and Laurent cooked for 17 of us (we had friends in from Biot) and didn't even allow us to lay the table. They are the jewels in the Villa’s very sparkly crown. Voila, you could say that this family is over the moon with everything about this magnificent Villa. Thank you again from the whole gang.

Great house, with nice hosts and no problems at all. Three great double bedrooms with ac and a lot of more beds without ac. Really stunning views and fantastic pool with room for about 7 sunbeds. Huge gas grill and great kitchen but horrible horrible knives :) Standard of the house was overall good, and well maintained garden. Secure area located 15 minutes from either Cannes och Antibes 4,5 stars

Amazing Villa, we just loved it...

I have rented this villa for my family (4 adults with 4 children) and we just loved it... if you are planning your holidays on the French Riviera this is your home... Wonderfully located on a hill top overlooking the bay of Cap D'antibes and surrounded by pine trees...within 10 minutes by car you can reach Juan-Les-Pins, Cap d'Antibes and Cannes. The infinity pool was amazing and very safe for your kids as it has two levels and surrounded by glass to prevent kids from entering and falling in it. Laurent the guardian who lives on the premisses was very friendly and helpful, he will answer any kind of questions you might have I recommend the private suite on the top floor of the villa with private terrace and 2 bathrooms As for Margaret the agent she is amazing, helpful and will do anything to make your stay at the villa a very pleasant one, i had requested a large safe box to fit my laptop and professional camera upon our arrival the safe was already installed and with exact measurements I wish we had the option of downloading some photos on this site! I recommend to all

Suberb Villa and Fantastic Holiday

What an amazing Villa to spend your holiday in. It is situated overlooking the Cap d'Antibes with spectacular views. Nothing has been overlooked in the attention to style, comfort, facilities and recreation at this luxury villa. We were a party of eight but the villa can comfortably sleep 12 adults or would be a very good location for a family holiday as the pool is magnificient and the grounds around the villa lend for a very private and relaxing time with a well equipped children's play area which includes a tree house. The interior is very comfortably furnished and well equipped to a very high standard which includes Sky T.V., and for the party lover, it has its own bar. The Villa is surrounded by well maintained mature gardens and is secluded but within easy reach of Cannes (10 minutes), Antibes and is about three kilometres from the Beach and Golf Juan, the best of both worlds. The Villa also has on its grounds a gatehouse where the caretaker/gardener lives and as he is a qualified chef he can take the stress out of cooking by sourcing, preparing, cooking and serving your dinner after a relaxing day by the pool. My experience after spending two weeks at this Villa was "Heaven on Earth"
