The apartment offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa. Among the many services included, you will find a washing machine, a TV and all the bathroom essentials.
For those arriving by car, free parking is available near the apartment, while a dedicated parking space can be obtained on request.
The internet connection is fast and stable, making the apartment also ideal for working from home. Children and pets are welcome!
Please note that the apartment is non-smoking and parties are not allowed.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
