The location off the MA Pike is perfect. The woodwork and hallway carpets are dated but clean. The bedroom was clean and bed very comfortable. The surprise was the restaurant on premise, Mint. Best Indian food we have ever had!

The staff was helpful, friendly. Nice location. The room was very clean and quiet, but so much of the place is brown. Brown carpet, brown paneled walls, brown chair, brown furniture, brown lamps. A minor detraction, but I look at hotel decor with a discerning eye and I like things to be less bland/mundane.

This weekend trip to the Berkshires was made perfect by our wonderful stay at the Black Swan. The property was beautiful and they were wonderfully accommodating to us with our dog. My only regret is that I was not able to try the onsite restaurant. Definitely next time!

This hotel is such a beautiful respite - the lake area with the Adirondack chairs is perfect to sit and relax. Having Mint (delicious Indian food) on site really completes the stay. My room was clean and decently sized. Will absolutely return!

What a view

Wow. This place offers the best view. Our spacious room had a balcony right on the edge of the lake. Perfect place to relax. We also loved the Indian restaurant on the premises MINT.

great location. so nice to wake up to the view of the lake and have kayaks on property to rent. within a short drive of everything. staff was very nice and informative. downsides are you can hear everything through the front door. it’s hard to stay quiet enough for your neighbors. also no water pressure in the shower. clean linens but bring your own pillows for comfort.

I had a great stay at this comfortable, homey, family owned inn. The beds were vrry comfortable and the rooms had everything I needed including a fridge, lots of towels, a hair dryer etc. The property is clean, safe and very quiet. There’s an Indian restaurant on site with delicious food and a bar. The lake is lovely; I enjoyed a relaxing time sitting by the lake with my dog. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room has a gorgeous view of the lake. I will definitely be back for another stay.

Perfect retreat in Berkshire

Black Swan Innvis a very nice Inn. The place is clean, feels like it was newly renovated. The room is spacious and the amenities are nice. The bed is very comfortable , bathroom is big enough. There is a nice lake at the back where you can hang out and relax or rent a pontoon . Breakfast is included, it is adequate. Staff are very friendly especially Michelle at the front desk. It is about 5 min drive to downtown with places to eat and shop. I will stay here again. Oh,they are also pet friendly... awesome!!!

Michelle and Maddie made my stay very pleasant. When I first came in Maddie helped me get settled.Needed an adjustment to my room and she took care of it. Michelle made sure that everything was available for breakfast for me in spite of the pancake maker having a temporary clog. So nice to stay at a place where people will make the extra effort! Both women helped me with my bags. Great place to stay.

Relatively speaking, there is nothing to complain about! I do wish they offered anything other than Indian cuisine, but Mink was a busy place judging from people I saw coming and going from there, and everyone sounded positive. Love 24 hr front desk, the rockers out front, friendliness of the staff, sufficient continental bkfst and, most of all, everything was clean and maintained. Close to shops and tavern in town, a 10 minute drive to Tanglewood. What a diamond in the rough. See you next time!
