The mattresses are horrific. We slept on a slope and had to take Advil and muscle relaxants to be able to move about during the day. They need to be replaced. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

I liked the pool area, the kids loved it and played for hours. Our room faced the pool and it smelled like chlorine when we entered it, but we got used to it and no problems. Front desk was very polite. Only problem is that the qualification for free breakfast is not clear, and we didn't qualify. Otherwise, good experience.

All the staff we encountered were helpful, courteous and friendly. Property was well kept and parking/lobby/stairwells all in great condition and very clean. Kids loved the water park. The room was spacious for our large family.

I was very impressed with our stay here. My kids especially loved the pool and the waterslides. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. We have stayed here several times over the years and it has become our go to place to stay in Lethbridge. Easy to access and conveniently located.
