Ease of checking in with staff and placement of my room was near hot tub as I asked staff how long it was open. Room was sufficient for my needs as a solo traveller looking for a place to sleep. Not rated a 5 star as jets on the hot tub were not working and staff didn’t inform me of this issue until closing of the pool area. They did however stated parts have been ordered and expect the hot tub to be fully functional by next week

The front desk personal were absolutely the friendliest ive had the opportunity to deal with in all the hotels ive ever stayed in, extremely helpful in all aspects and the housekeeping staff were very pleasant as well and always willing to help stock us up when we needed anything, location was in a key area as to where we needed to conduct our business with ample parking and very little noise highly recommend

The staff are very accommodating. We have gone there for at least 6 years for NYE with our grandkids. Kids have a blast in the pool. Fantastic courtyard to gather and play games. The only complaint is that the breakfast is not as good as it used to be. The eggs are weird and warming up the waffles in the toaster doesn’t work, they taste weird and are dry as dust!
