Rude & Disgusting

It took two days to get poly-fill pillows (allergic to feather). Our reservation was for four nights, and our room was only cleaned on the afternoon of our last night. We didn’t get fresh towels until the last night, and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling from the room above that happened every day starting on the first night. We used our towels to save the floor (and the room below us) and they didn’t replace our towels even then. I had to complain multiple times to several people, making me feel like the jerk for pointing out the leak and needing fresh towels. One night manager promised a one night credit, but the desk person the morning of check out told us no. That any refund due to “inconvenience” was the responsibility of Hotels.com

The waitress, Samantha, was great! She really likes her job. Road out front was yuck. Parking was problematic as big trucks/SUVs were parked close together. Made it hard for us to move our car. Also, the old median strip is a hazard.

Newly renovated- standard rooms

newly renovated-nice rooms but basic offering-no pool. Price was very high for location and facility. We stayed as there was an event that we attended there

Was advertised as having a gym we are both Avis gym people. No gym but they would give you a pas to the ymca across the road in a very questionable part of Auburn many many homeless sleeping on park benches or on the River Walk not worth what we pais

Hilton stay August 15th.

The beds are a little hard however the all around room and hotel is great. Friendly staff and to our surprise the pool and restaurant was open. We had a great inexpensive dinner. The prices are reasonable depending on what your looking for. The pool is small great for youngsters. And like my daughter said its like cold bath water. Parking was a little hard to find. However when we showed there was beautiful hot air balloons through the sky over hotel.
