Nice staff, good location, comfortable bed, large t.v. They need to do a better job at cleaning. There were finger prints on the mirror and on the wooden part of the shelf in the bathroom etc. There is also no room in the bathroom to put things. A larger shelf or small table would be nice. The lot outside was an ice rink. Guests were spinning their tires trying to get out of their spots. I almost got stuck. Please pay a service to salt the lot when weather gets like this.

Our home away from home, staff is always so patient and friendly with us. They make sure we are comfortable every time we stay. Our room is always available for us. Staff treats us with the upmost respect. We absolutely have a favorite and that is the housekeeper, franchesca. We love seeing her beautiful smiles.

We booked a room for a night and when we went to check in they wanted to charge us $100 for a deposit. So my wife and I declined and chose not to stay at microtel, so within 5 minutes we had made our reservation booked a room and called and canceled the reservation. And here it is 3 days later and they have charged us for the stay, And it looks like from them they will not be refunding money or acknowledging any sort of wrong doing. Advice would be to stay away from microtel on Winchester road in Lexington, Kentucky. Good day everyone and God bless to all.
