This hotel is beautiful and lovely rooms, it took a LOT longer than I thought to get to/from airport and also into central Lima due to traffic. Something to keep in mind depending on reason of trip. Hotel is lovely, quiet. Check in staff were exceptional/friendly/helpful 10:10. Check out staff were infuriating! I ended up only staying the day due to a flight change, when it came to check out I waited/took nearly 20min! The taxi charged me for waiting (had just thought hand key card in and leave). The staff member asked me 4, yes 4 times if I’d had anything from mini bar(each time answer was no). In the end I got frustrated as didn’t want to waste time and get to airport. Seriously two completely set of staff from check in to out.

I stayed there twice within 2 Weeks. First check in was great. Second check in check out could be a bit friendlier.there were no warm greetings smiles or welcome back or “thank you staying with us’ a special touch in hospitality is also to greet guests by name which was not utilized in second check in.
