The first interaction with desk staff was the most unfriendly and rude we ever experience during our trip in Peru. All the place we travelled people were so nice and you would expect Ibis to be beyond average. Anyways , matters were rectified with Maria (one of the staff member) coming to our help. The rooms are average with AC not really cooling either of the rooms we had booked but thankfully the weather was not too bad and so we could sleep thru the night. The hotel is in a great location so that helped.
