We really loved this hotel, great neighborhood, people from staff really nice and helpful and caring.

Nice but overpriced in every way
Cons:No free Internet, Noisy, you have to pay for water;
So I get to my room, and as usual in Peru, there is a bottle of water (because the local water is generally not potable) and I start to use it and then see a card telling me that using the bottle of water cost me 25 soles (about 10 dollars). We then went across the street and got a 2 liter bottle of water (about 6 times the size of that bottle ) for 2 soles (about 80 cents). The internet is slow, unpredictable and constantly cuts you off (and it's 35 soles a day or $13.50). Our room on the 14th floor still had significant traffic noise outside. the bathrooms are the new "see through" trend in Starwood hotels, which offer no privacy at all. The refrigerator in the mini bar did not work -- it was simply storage. Breakfast was great, but overpriced at about $19 per person. Here's the BIG SHOCKER -- if you are planning to stay at this hotel, take the price of the room, food, drinks etc. that you are planning to spend and add 28% -- what they don't tell you is that there is 18% tax and 10% 'resort fees" on everything. THE FINAL BILL WILL SHOCK YOU!!!!!!!!!
