Memories to last forever
This property is awesome!! Great location! Had a blast on the porch and paddle boarding from the front lagoon. Only issue was the AC leaked in ceiling and master bedroom bc we turned them down too low. This should be noted on house rules to avoid it happening to future renters. Other than that small issue I would love to return and stay here again ASAP. Thank you Susan for your hospitality!

Loved the private lagoon and yard! Our dog was in heaven the whole stay! This would be a great place to bring a power boat! The north and south winds limited our kayak use, but I did catch some barracuda from the point out front. Sunrises were very nice!

Very enjoyable stay
Excellent location from which to explore the Keys. The house is casual and could use some updating but it was perfect for our family and it was furnished with everything we needed. We had activities planned almost every day of our stay but the time spent in the house was very comfortable and with an amazing view. The porch and waterfront seating were so relaxing and will be missed. Kiki’s Sandbar & Grill was our favorite place to eat dinner. The food at Kiki’s was not spectacular but the outdoor tiki dining with live music at walking distance from the house was a lot of fun and just what we needed on several nights. We would definitely rent this home again and we really enjoyed our stay.

Bucket List Trip ✅️
We always wanted to drive the Florida Keys highway and spend time exploring some of the Keys. This house on Little Torch Key was a perfect "pied à terre" for us that offered a great location. We visited Key West for a day, only 40 minutes away, we spent an evening at Kiki's Sandbar which was only a 5 minute walk and we went kayaking in Marathon which was only 30 minutes away. The house was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. We were 3 couples, so each couple had its own comfortable and spacious bedroom. Although 2 of the couples had to share one of the 2 bathrooms, it was large enough, with a double sink vanity. Our host was very responsive and the home really is as described in the VRBO listing. We definitely recommend this place.

Little Torch Key
One issue with a plugged toilet when we arrived. Took a day and a half to get a plumber out. Thankfully, there was a second bathroom. Very comfortable, beautiful view, relaxing, Some minor repairs are needed in the guest bedroom. Would have appreciated if it had been better stocked - only one dish towel for 6 days but fortunately there was a wash machine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We stayed two nights with five adults. Beautiful view, nice set up. Loved the porch and easy access. On the outside there were areas that needed to be cleaned up. Wet boxes, pile broken glass in the yard, old umbrella and ect. Was advertised as NO SMOKING. There was two large containers that held cigarette's butts right by the parking area. Being a NON-smoking family we could smell that every time we were near that end of the porch. Plus there was faint cigarette smell in the house. The floor was not clean through out the house. There were only four towels laid out. Had to search for one more. There was a couple older towels in the back of one of the vanities. The master bathroom toilet was very slow to flush when we arrived on the first evening. by the next morning nothing would go down. The fans did not work in neither of the bathrooms. The MB window shades did not go all the way down leaving at least a 10 inch gap. The queen size bed was not comfortable and needs to be updated. When notified the contact person was only concerned with the towels. There is a safety concern with checking in and out of this home. The door was left unlocked and the key left on the table. They do have camera set up but any one could go in there before we arrived or after we left. I would not have booked this unit if I had known that in advance. This unit or home cost way too much for the two nights we were there. Of course, they charge you a huge cleaning fee.
