    AVOID - SCAM
    I contacted the hotel many times they said they had no booking. Hotels.com kept saying they had confirmation so we still went up, 3 hours on hold to hotels.com when we got there and they couldn’t contact the place either. It’s apartments with no reception so we had no chance. I have seen similar reviews on other websites.

    Incompetent charlatans.
    This firm are absolutely incompetent and I couldn't recommend anyone stay with them in any of their properties. When I arrived in Liverpool I called the number they provided so I could check in and they told me I didn't have a booking. This was after they had emailed me twice. I tried with their booking number and the one hotels.com gave me, but they recognised neither. I had to sleep on my brother's sofa because they couldn't sort it. While I was waiting for them to pull their finger out they emailed me asking how my stay was. Then today, 2 days after they wouldn't let me in to my accommodation, they emailed (twice) to ask me to leave a review of my non existent stay. What I can say is the place looked OK on the website, but if you actually want a place to stay rather than somebody to take your money and refuse to accommodate you, don't go with these clowns.
