Poorly trained member of checkin staff, obstructive and unhelpful. Luckily chief engineer came to our rescue. Bedroom maintenance poor and housekeeping staff sloppy and could be improved. Most staff friendly and helpful. Hotel location very good.

Excellent location with easy access to airport (bus) and walking distance to city centre/shopping. But why the shortage of power points in room? One side of bed had power & usb points -but the other side zilch!!! Both of us wanted our phones on charge & near the bed😡 have the designers never shared a hotel room ???

Beautiful hotel

Loved it! Modern hotel! Very clean. Awesome employees. Close to Royal Albert Docks. Close to city center and Mathew St home of the Cavern Club. Great restaurant and breakfast buffet. Nearby steakhouse and other restaurants were awesome!
