Great hotel in a good location. Staff are exceptionally good, being professional, friendly, and keen to help. Our room was spacious with a decent sized bathroom. We would happily stay here again

Lovely stay

Love all the little touches that make your stay more comfortable. The spa was incredible and definitely worth spending the extra to do, it was not over crowded and lots of different areas to spend time in. The staff at reception were so helpful, especially as we had many bags to keep in the hold area. Only down side was the size of the rooms, I felt for the price they should be slightly bigger as manoeuvring around the bed with lots of bags was not easy.

Excellent hotel, friendly knowledgeable staff, clean modern rooms and furnishing. 2 excellent restaurants serving exceptionally good food. Exceptional serving staff. Close to excellent restaurants, bars and Cafés; right across the street from philharmonic concert hall; and a few steps away from Jazz pub. Spa and gym available; will try on my next visit.
