Communication: The location wasn't the easiest to find however with assistance we were given directions and located this around the corner from the pub. It was a huge disappointment to find out upon arrival the keys to access needed to be collected from a different location to the property.
Bathroom: The bathroom had a sewage smell, I'm unsure if there are any sewers locally which may have been triggering this. I had found a spider and had to clean the bath before use, as there was also grant/tile residue on the bath sides.
There is a loud noise that generates throughout the whole apartment anytime you flush the chain, use the shower or tap which was a little annoying.
Wifi: Significantly poor service which kept cutting out intermittently. Smart TV although the TV would turn off randomly throughout the day.
Interior: No lift access. Please be mindful of the significant number of steep stairs. The interior of the apartment is lovely with their being a direct view of the church, lighting that flows throughout and useable kitchen facilities.
