There are no instructions in the rooms on how to operate stove top and dishwasher. Coloured bed cushions and insert to duvet didn't look very clean. Have to pay for extra coffee. Close to everything which is a bonus.

This is an almost top of the line stay. It's an apartment with hotel amenities. We had a two bedroom, two bath. It could sleep six, if needed. The bedrooms were big. The bathrooms are modern. The kitchen is large and fully functional. Bath towels are better than average. Plenty of outside light. Tile floors, lots of closets, everything we could ask for. We did not like the small "sideways" sinks in the bathrooms. Also, we wish that they would provide facial tissues. Bring your own shampoo and soap, if you're picky. They have those all in one dispensers that are environmentally friendly. But the liquid soap is generic. We did not have any food or drink there. But we did investigate. The buffet breakfast looked very appetizing with many choices. The bar serves a decent selection of beers and wines.

Perfect Location!

The location is just perfect! Lydia was en excellent guide! Gave us all the tips to go around Liverpool! The hotel is nice, modern, has 27/7 restaurant (pizza and small things) bar also. Rooms are spacious and with all the amenities! And more has fridge, dishwasher, kitchen utensils!

The hotel is located at a convenient spot near the pier. It is walkable distance to Liverpool one, about 10 mins of walking. It is also convenient to bus station terminal 4 for bus 26 to Liverpool stadium. The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly and informational.
