Desk staff were very helpful, the actual rooms were fantastic with the cupboards full of items for cooking. The carpark was slightly tight but once in was secure .

Great place to stay in Liverpool

We loved our stay in Liverpool! The hotel’s location is optimal for walking around the city. We loved that we could do laundry!! There machines were easy to use and provided a text notification when your laundry was done. The rooms were great! We also ordered pizza that the hotel offered.

Great location

Stayed 4 nights for Beatles Week with 2friends in a room for 3. Although compact, it had everything we needed and was comfortable. Ideally situated for the waterfront area and a short walk up to the Mathew St area.

The apartment was nice. The pull-out couch was not very comfortable. Great for two people, but not for four. The mattress covers on the couch mattresses had stains. The hotel is in a very nice location.

On our first night, the workmen immediately outside had selected their most noisy of machinery (jackhammers, etc) to keep us awake until gone 1am. The staff in the hotel apologised, but said it was out of their control (no doubt true) but refused to consider moving us to the other side of the hotel as there were "no rooms suitable for your booking" available (as in "no free upgrades for you sonny, just because you and your family can't get any sleep. ").
