Good location near to Lime Street Station and the city centre. Check was quick and smooth. Room was ckean and tidy and was cleaned every day by the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was of a good standard. All in all, enjoyed the two day stay.

Lovely nautical themed hotel

We only stayed overnight and didn’t use any of the hotel facilities other than buying a late night snack. The hotel is really nice with the nautical theme throughout. Great location. Would definitely stay here again and probably eat in the hotel next time

Good value price, great location, but the hottest room I've ever stayed in. No air con. There was a fan, but my word it was uncomfortable even with that on full blast. Also can hear the train announcements from about 6am

Great location and easy parking.

Great location. Easy parking on site. Stayed to visit new Everton stadium, and would come again. Good shower and toiletries. Big room. Slightly dated but very pleasant.

Parking very convenient and easy. Location excellent for all that Liverpool has to offer and within walking distance. Staff very polite and helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast plentiful with lots of choice. There were no negatives at all and we will definitely be staying there again

Great stay. Free parking was a huge bonus. Our room was clean, spacious and had great wifi. The evening meal in the restaurant was fabulous and the staff left special touches as we were celebrating our anniversary. We would stay again without hesitation!

The staff at breakfast were so unfriendly stayed 3 days not once did they acknowledge us never said good morning breakfast was cold never ate on last morning we were woken at 12.30am on Sat morning with Fire alarm going off 3 times in our room reported it to reception next day no sleep all night would not stay here again

great place to stay

upgraded but room not ready at 14.00 so we went to JDW in Lime St station for a beer (2minutes) and quick efficient friendly check in at around 3.30. nice room with bath tub (bonus). super breakfast (but smallish room given number of rooms so we had to wait a couple of mornings) recommended
