Independent check-in with smart lock, from 16:00 to 20:00. At the end of the online registration, you will receive the door code along with the photos of the street, the entrance and the front door.
If something doesn't work, here we go. Online systems sometimes throw a tantrum: if the registration page or the code doesn't work, don't stay out and try it yourself. Drop us a line in the Airbnb chat and we'll let you in. We respond every day from 9:00 to 20:00 and a solution can always be found. None of our guests should stand in front of the door.
Complete your online registration before you go, not in front of the door. Italian law requires us to register all guests before entering. We send the link several days in advance and it takes a few minutes, but it's the step that unlocks the code. Doing it early means that, if something is wrong, we have time to fix it calmly.
We cannot keep our luggage: we are an apartment and not a guarded warehouse.
Parking. A covered garage is available on request for 25 EUR per day, otherwise there are paid parking lots nearby. Ask before arrival if you need a garage.
So that nothing comes as a surprise, here's what's in the house and what's not.
What you will find: bed linen and bath towels for the number of guests booked, toilet paper for the first few days, a dose of dishwashing detergent, pots, pans and all the utensils for cooking.
What we don't provide: food and condiments (salt, oil, pepper, coffee) and consumables such as hand soap, washing machine detergent, tea towels, garbage bags and paper towels. The shops are just a few minutes away.
An inhabited building. We are on the first floor of a residential building in the historic center: we ask you to keep quiet on the stairs and in the entrance hall, especially in the evening.
Is something running out, or is something not working? Ask us, at any time of our workday. We'd much rather hear about an issue and fix it than read about it in a review.
Did you forget something? We keep the items found after check-out for 7 days.
