Anastasia was amazing!
I would like to very much thank Anastasia at the hotel for helping us to check in early which took an amazing amount of pressure off as to where we could leave bags. An amazing and considerate receptionist, that really went out of her way and I would genuinely like to say a massive thank you to Anastasia on the front desk.
