Don't stay here
Incredibly frustrating experience. When we arrived, there were dirty linens in garbage bags in main entrance and in closets. No clean linens or towels provided. We had to call to get service, and had to spend our time taking pictures and emailing them to the contact number. Eventually someone entered the flat (without knocking) and just stayed in one of the rooms until linens were delivered. We were so uncomfortable, that we left. When we returned, we discovered she did not clean anything and only made one bed. So we had to call yet again and wait for more linens to be delivered. Made the bed up ourselves.
The place was obviously not clean; garbage and even vapes were left behind. A very unpleasant experience, especially after an exhausting overnight international flight.
-couches and couch pillows and blankets were grubby
-bathroom door handle didn't work and wall had large flaking crack
-not enough toilet paper for our stay
-few or no hangers in closets
-no extra garbage bags
-keys to get in were almost unusable
We stayed in Dublin at another place for around the same amount of money and it was an absolute dream in comparison. We do not recommend this place at all.
