This is a nice, clean, efficient hotel. The staff were accommodating (except for one grouchy woman who was offended by asking for a towel).

The pool was lovely - we really enjoyed the atmosphere and ease of access. The hotel was really clean and the staff was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful and kind! We also loved how easily it was to get around, with the tube station right next door. The room itself was very clean and comfortable - overall we really like this hotel and would stay here again.
