Excellent value for money. Very clean apartment with excellent amenities for self catering. Having arrived after a week backpacking through Switzerland, a washer/dryer in the kitchen was a real bonus. Bed was very comfortable and linen and towels were good quality. Very minor quibble was that the sofa was not overly comfortable but this did not detract from my stay. Definitely a good place to stay within easy walking distance to London Underground Borough station and national rail London Bridge.

Great stay, apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived but staff were very polite, apartment very clean and perfect for what we needed, beds were not comfortable, mattress was extremely hard and you could feel springs, sofa in living room sank in the middle

Great stay!

Came with my family for 8 nights for spring break. My kids are 23 and 22. Loved having two bedrooms with a king size bed in each, kitchen area and living room. We didn’t cook but bought bottled water, breakfast items and snacks from Tesco which is right outside the door to help keep dining costs down. Close walk to Borough market (so many good eating options here), Tower Bridge and the London Eye. Very good location and walked to many attractions. Good restaurants and pubs in the area. Room cleaning once a week. That’s fine with me. If you stayed 4 days you wouldn’t get room cleaned. Was happy with this hotel.

Great place to stay if you are going to london for more than 1 night we had a 1 bedroom apartment which was all brand new all kitchen appliancea microwve kettle dishwasher cooker washing machine also iron and ironing board. staff were very friendly and helpful. Tesco and tube very close.

We have always liked staying in this location because of the ease of getting into central London and the nearby dining and beverage options. Staff has always been good but on my last couple of stays have been superb. There seems to have been some really good new hires and I thank them for their hospitality.
